Troy Story 3
Known by many nicknames such as “The Prince of Play”, “The Lord of The Dancefloor”, and “ The Minister of Movement”, The Troy Story 3 believes in the effectiveness of storytelling by embracing vulnerability and transparency with one’s self and the world to fully embody and create heaven on earth by reclaiming divine innocence.
Having had his spiritual awakening begin during his first band, Troy would later follow this calling to Rishikesh, India to receive his YTT certification and experience his first sound journey, a moment that changed his life forever, sparking the desire to become a sound therapist himself.
6 years later, Troy has been based in Costa Rica sharing his gifts with many peoples from across the world while also traveling the world to share those same gifts. From Central America, USA, and Canada, to Egypt and Europe, Troy is always excited and grateful to be a channel and conduit of positive change, starting from the inside.
As well, Troy guides and holds intimate spaces for people to feel safe to journey within themselves through plant medicine ceremonies in both group and private retreats. He refers to himself as a sound therapist instead of a healer as he believes it negates the responsibility that an individual has to “have the conversation “ with the Great Spirit.
Through his program, PRISM (People and Relationships Inspiring Service through Mindfulness), Troy’s mission is to empower others to live full-spectrum through the powers of music, movement, and meditation. With his amazing team at Regenerō Superfoods, Troy believes through the power of conscious microdosing, people can find the best way to look, reframe, and rewrite their stories to create new worlds of possibilities and opportunities at the cellular level.
